Fixed Crowns, Bridges & Prosthetics
Restore and strengthen damaged teeth with precision-crafted ceramic crowns and bridges.
Fixed Crowns, Bridges & Prosthetics
Dental crowns and bridges are among the most reliable restorative solutions available for damaged, weakened, or missing teeth. A crown is a custom-made cap that completely encases a tooth, restoring its shape, size, strength, and appearance after severe decay, fracture, or root canal treatment. A bridge uses two crowns on neighbouring teeth to support an artificial tooth that spans a gap.
We use high-quality ceramic and zirconia materials that closely mimic the appearance of natural tooth enamel, ensuring restorations that are both strong and aesthetically excellent. Zirconia crowns, in particular, combine outstanding durability with a beautiful natural translucency, making them the preferred choice for visible teeth.
Our restorations are designed and fabricated in collaboration with specialist dental technicians who create each piece to your individual specifications. The result is a restoration that integrates seamlessly with your natural teeth in colour, shape, and bite — delivering comfort and confidence for many years.
What to Expect
A simple, comfortable process designed around you.
Consultation
Your dentist examines the tooth and discusses the most appropriate restoration type. Digital scans or impressions are taken to record the precise shape of your teeth.
Preparation
The tooth is gently reshaped under local anaesthesia to accommodate the crown. A temporary crown is placed while your permanent restoration is crafted in the laboratory.
Procedure
At your second appointment, the temporary crown is removed and your permanent, custom-made crown or bridge is fitted, adjusted for precise bite, and permanently bonded in place.
Recovery & Results
With proper care, ceramic and zirconia crowns can last 15 years or more. We provide full aftercare guidance and schedule a follow-up review.

Common Questions About Fixed Crowns, Bridges & Prosthetics
With proper care, dental crowns typically last 10–20 years or longer. Their longevity depends on the material used, your oral hygiene, and whether you grind your teeth. Regular check-ups help us identify any early wear and ensure the crown remains in excellent condition.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia, so you should feel no pain during treatment. Some mild sensitivity and soreness after the anaesthesia wears off is normal and resolves within a few days.
A veneer covers only the front surface of a tooth and is used primarily for aesthetic improvement. A crown covers the entire tooth and is used when significant structural restoration is needed — for example, after root canal treatment or a major fracture.
Both are excellent tooth replacement options. A bridge is faster and does not require surgery, but it requires the two neighbouring teeth to be crowned. An implant is independent and preserves the jawbone, but takes longer to complete. We will discuss both options and help you choose what is right for your situation.
